MONTHLY MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS
If you need ongoing changes to your website. We take will take away your need to employ personnel, buy extra computer equipment and software to keep your website up to date and best off all your changes will be affected within 2-48hrs (excluding weekends & public holidays).
PER HOUR MAINTENANCE – from $ 60.00 exGST / hr
If you need one off changes to your website, i.e. changing your contact details, images, product information or adding a basic form. PLEASE NOTE: A minimum of three hours will be charged for maintenance on a site that MiFIND has not designed. A minimum charge of .5 hour will be charged for any site that MiFIND has designed |

How do I know what it will cost? |

All you need to do is draft an email outlining all the changes that you require and send it to support@mifind.co.nz
We will assess the scope of the changes and email you a quote, or if you not have a Service Level contract with us or the change is in excess of 10 hrs we will send you a detailed obligations free quote, if it is below this we will simply complete the work and invoice you. We will then require a 50% deposit where we have no contracts in place before any work commences.

Why do I need to pay for three hours minimum if MiFIND have not designed my site ? |

The reason we charge a minimum of three hours for a website we have not designed is because we don't know how and who designed the site before us. We often need to wade through unnecessary code and reformat the website into a workable framework before we can even update the site, hence we charge a minimum fee to make up for the "unknown" factor
